In Memory of Arthur Apy

In February of 2005, ARTHUR APY, one of the founders of Canine Guardians for Life, died of cancer. Art was a vital part of this organization, and each of the dogs he helped rescue became a special soul to him.

Two of his own precious fur kids, Petey & Lambert, have recently gone to greet Art joyfully at the other side of Rainbow Bridge. Judith and their rescued angel “Benjiamina” remain, remembering and treasuring Art’s goodness and smile, and will hold him in their hearts with all of their love…forever.

What a very nice man who would dedicate his life to animals. Just watched Last Chance Hyway. Loved it and everything they are doing.
I dont think there is anything more rewarding than to help our animals. They give unconditional love and are always there for you even if you are not in the best of moods. Hats off to all who work with animals . I hope to get into this work but not sure who to contact or what agency to speak with at this time. So I hope eventually I too will be doing what I love –saving animals. Best of luck to all .I hope the public will open their arms and wallets to help save our animals.
